Extracting text from SWF

We are currently using print2flash ( http://print2flash.com ) to convert user submitted documents (Word, RTF, PowerPoint documents, etc.) to Flash- viewable on the web (a la docstoc and scribd).

We would like to index the text inside these files for full text indexing. Are there any tools or libraries we can use for this?

We are developing ASP.NET/C# and trying to work with third party tools like SWFTools ( http://www.swftools.org ), but the results were inconsistent and are inconsistent.

PS: We would like to do indexing after the original document has been converted to flash, because that gives us less file formats to work with.
