Visual Studio or Eclipse - which IDE is better for Qt on Windows?
Taking into account that Eclipse is free, I am especially interested in the express version of VS, but I am open to non-free versions if it would significantly improve the integration with Qt.
Before posting, you may want to take a look at similar questions on SO on avoid writing down what I've already read :) Look for detailed answers.

I will explain why Qt Creator is not on your list.
I have experience with MSVC and have used Eclipse for C ++ development on Linux and was impressed with it. Despite my familiarity with these tools, I quite decided to use Qt Creator for a Qt based work.
Qt's signal and slot paradigms are, in fact, an extension of the language, and one that Qt Creator makes very easy to use: there are great code completion functions when writing connect () statements that intelligently map the available signals and slots on the classes you are connecting ...
The help system is well integrated, the integration with the resource editor and form designer makes it a bit like Visual Studio.
The debugger is fine for most purposes, but lacks the subtlety of debugging with MSVC - for some errors I had to go back to using gdb manually.
Another thing I am missing is the ability to impose some kind of virtual organization on my code files. I am unable to group related classes together in the project view.
But despite these flaws, I love it. Check it!
Edit : The improvements for Eclipse and MSVC support are on the Qt Roadmap . If Qt Creator really isn't for you, I think MSVC wins, especially if you're already familiar with it.
