I've seen a couple of tutorials, but not with dynamic animation. Can anyone teach me at least some rough tutorials?

The easiest way is to buy a third party component that does it from a vendor like Infragistics.
It would be possible and fun to do in raw WPF, but it wouldn't be a quick time to market.
