Retweets of this user
This was recently reviewed by the Twitter developers. Now you can add include_rts=true

Nope. Twitter API leaves a lot to be desired (especially in terms of real RESTfulness), but this particular issue is also my biggest problem. You can get your own retweets, but not others' retweets. Take a look at any Twitter client on the desktop and compare the user's timeline to the actual timeline on the web. The latter contains all the retweets. This has been a big problem since they submitted new retweets, and in my opinion, this is one of the reasons RT's adoption of new styles is slower than it might be among Twitter users. I tried to make @twitterapi aware of the issue but never got an answer; perhaps you (and anyone reading this) could do the same.
Their argument against BC is, of course, complete stupidity. It doesn't break VS at all, as these retweets never came up in the first place. And even if they did, would an argument be enough to fix it? Retweets = true query. I really don't know why they don't implement this; their own website shows that the retouching is already great, they just need to expose it to the API.
