all mac minis are possible (if not very suitable, for example used for Mac mini mini 1.4 GHz), possibly for iphone devel xcode simulator.? Are all mac minis intel based?
Early Mac Minis were PowerPC based and cannot be used with the current Xcode for iPhone toolchain. Any Intel Mac Mini is fine.
The new Mac Minis are based on Intel as of February 2006. Any Intel version works fine. Even with minimal RAM configurations.
