Subversion ignores the class directory after it has been added (and linked to the src directory)
I have an existing subversion JAVA repository with the class directory already added. For some reason, the class directory points to the source directory in the repository, since every time we try to ignore or delete the class directory, it applies the same to the source directory. I am using TortoiseSVN on Windows Vista.
How to ignore directory and kill link?

It looks like your working copy is messed up. Try to remove it and recheck. You can check where each directory in the repository is located by looking at the properties (in your WC) which should show the repository url.
If not, do you have a local disk connection that links 2 directories together?
