Netbeans Exploded EAR Development with JBoss5

I would like Netbeans to deploy directly to the parsed ear in JBoss instead of the current process of deploying the entire .ear file. Development would be much faster if the .jsps could be edited and the beans maintained without redeploying after each change.

Is it possible?

I don’t understand why not. I'm using Eclipse, but it doesn't do anything special except an ant task that moves the modified files in the parsed EAR to the Jboss Deploy directory. Netbeans will definitely handle ant, so it should be easy enough.
