MSMQ Vista x64

I am running Vista Ultimate x64 on my system. I have an application that works fine on a remote server to send messages to an MSMQ instance running on it. When I bring the app to my local system and try to send a message, it doesn't get sent, but it doesn't throw errors. I even tried setting up a local MSMQ instance and the same happens with this - no errors, but no messages. Queues are transactional and the code itself is transactional.

Any suggestions? I tried implementing the log option (assuming it looks like logging) and it doesn't log anything.

I dug through the event viewer, and the only error I see (is actually a warning):

MSDTC encountered an error (HR = 0x80000171) while trying to establish a secure connection to system [ComputerName]

All standard items are checked as firewalls, MSMQ works, etc. and when I put the application unchanged on the remote server it works 100% of the time.
