Deploying ClickOnce for a C ++ / CLI Project Using Visual Studio 2008

You can follow the guidelines for manually deploying a ClickOnce application on MSDN .
It depends on the Windows Software Development Kit and command line tools instead of Visual Studio for deployment.
One more note with this - if possible, I would recommend, if possible, move to / clr: clean . If you are working with native code it won't work, but if it's a clean windows application it will simplify the deployment scenario as you will have less ClickOnce issues with CAS requirements.

You cannot deploy a ClickOnce exe that is written in unmanaged code. The standard approach is to create managed code that runs your actual application.
