Need to access network folder from SVN server

We are planning a daily sync between TFS and SVN. Updates (latest version) from TFS will be done on the network share and the SVN repository will be updated to get the latest information from the network share. Is there a script to access the network folder from SVN to get the latest information?

We used TFS when the license expired. We have limited TFS licensing. Thus, our development continues at TFS. But we plan to eventually move to SVN. We plan to port the source to SVN and sync daily from TFS to SVN. It will be unidirectional from TFS to SVN. We are planning to create a folder on the network that will be updated from the latest from the TFS db via a script and another script to trigger the update of the SVN repository from the network folder containing the "latest"
