Clickonce deployment issue with IIS 7
I have a "ClickOnce" application that runs from Win2K3 server and IIS 6 without issue.
But the same application cannot be deployed from Windows Server 2008 / IIS7, I get a 404 file not found (in the .config file, not one of the manifest files) during installation on the client machine.
In IIS, the mime.application, .deploy and .manifest types are declared correctly, the virtual folder has read-only and script only execute permissions, and it uses the classic .NET AppPool.
What am I missing?

After some research, I found this article and found that the .config extension has no permissions. I followed the instructions in the article and everything works fine.
