Additional PHP Markdown definition lists and definitions

Question

I am currently creating a definition list using PHP Markdown Extra with the following syntax:

Term
:   Description
:   Description Two

My Other Term
:   Description

which generates the following HTML:

<dl>
    <dt>Term</dt>
    <dd>Description</dd>
    <dd>Description Two</dd>
    <dt>My Other Term</dt>
    <dd>Description</dd>
</dl>

Does anyone know how I can get Markdown to create separate definition lists for each definition and description term to generate such markup?

<dl>
    <dt>Term</dt>
    <dd>Description</dd>
    <dd>Description Two</dd>
</dl>
<dl>
    <dt>My Other Term</dt>
    <dd>Description</dd>
</dl>

I don't think this is possible at this time. Try to insert some dummy element between the two DLs so that it doesn't treat them as one.
