Component drawing diagrams in TinyUML

I am working on extending a small application that uses the point tool to draw UML class and state diagrams to implement component diagrams (I am having a lot of problems with UML 2.x notation),

I intend to render the interfaces that a particular component requires and enforce them using lollipops. Now, while trying to do this, I cannot display the edges between the two nodes as a straight line. Even though I can display one edge as a straight edge, I cannot maintain this state for all edges.

Just wanted to know if there is any special way besides the usual attributes like weight, len (for neato), k, etc.? (or really any other tools you can suggest?) Appreciate your help.
