WPF Animation for scrollviewer children clipped by scrollviewer

Hi guys, I hope I have a fairly simple problem that can be fixed easily as it seems like I just missed something basic from the WPF world. I have a scrollviewer that wraps a stacked pane containing multiple images, these images increase the animation size when the mouse passes over them. Everything works fine without the scrollviewer, now I added the scrollviewer, the animation works, but only inside the scrollviewer; increasing size is not allowed to overlap the scrollviewer.

Is there a way to fix this? Thanks, Becky

This is how ScrollViewer works. Basically, it always shrinks to the bounds, even if you set ClipToBounds = "False" on it.

To make it work and keep using the ScrollViewer, you will have to animate images on top of it, not inside.
